About Us

Stamford Hospital is a not-for-profit, community teaching hospital that has been serving Stamford and surrounding communities for more than 100 years. We have 305 inpatient beds in medicine, surgery, obstetrics/gynecology, psychiatry, and medical and surgical critical care units and maintain an educational partnership with Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons for its teaching programs in internal medicine, family practice, obstetrics/gynecology and surgery.
